Housekeeping
An experienced Housekeeper is a cornerstone within any team of private household staff. A skilled Housekeeper or specialist Laundress can help ensure your home runs smoothly and efficiently, with your preferences seen to with practised care and attention. We provide Housekeepers & Housekeeper/Cooks for live-in and daily live-out positions.
Nannies & Childcare
Our childcare desk provides candidates for Nanny, Nanny/Housekeeper, Mother's Help, Maternity Nurse, Travelling Governess & Tutor roles. Candidates must have an Enhanced DBS certificate, Paediatric First Aid certificate, experience with the relevant age group and any formal qualifications stipulated by the client such as MNT, BTEC, NVQ or NNEB.
PAs & EAs
We source Private PAs, Entertainment/Celebrity PAs, Creative PAs & Executive Assistants for permanent & freelance positions. Their role is to manage the schedule of their employer, including diary management, private & commercial travel arrangements, visa applications, private staff management, bookings & appointments and much more.
Butler/House Managers
A Butler or House Manager leads a domestic team of household staff. Depending on the level of service and valet duties required, a Butler could be a suitable option. Head Butlers have formal training and occasionally have additional attributes such as cooking or driving skills. If formal service is not expected, a House Manager could be a more appropriate choice.
Chefs & Family Cooks
A Private Chef can provide anything from a fine dining dinner to balanced and delicious family meals. Some will have experience within Michelin kitchens and others may have a superyacht background. Chefs can specialise in specific cuisines and cater to a variety of diets such as vegan, gluten-free, kosher, Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern & Classic French.
Chauffeurs & CPOs
A Chauffeur can cover a diverse remit and often pick up light PA duties such as restaurant bookings or assist with errand running whilst on standby. They drive for a private individual or a corporation and can often provide light security when needed. A qualified CPO or Security Driver is required in any situation where a tangible level of risk exists on an individual or household.
Domestic Couples
Domestic Couples live on-site and are typically hired for countryside roles. Housekeeping, cooking, laundry, basic gardening, household maintenance and driving duties are seen to by the couple. Additional gardening support would be required on larger estates or if you have areas such as kitchen gardens, extensive floral gardens or orchards.
Estate Managers
An Estate Manager is required for private estates with a large amount of land, livestock, or stables and is required to live on-site. Their knowledge of land management is especially important if you have woodland areas, lakes, or conservation areas for wildlife. In situations where an Estate Manager is not justified, we also provide skilled Gardeners & Designers.
Interior Yacht Crew
We recruit for all Interior Yacht Crew positions including Yacht Chef, Stewardess, Steward, Purser, Butler & Yacht Manager/PA. Candidates must have all the required training certificates such as an STCW95 additional to a valid ENG1 medical certificate. We also recruit yacht crew into private households, where they can successfully utilise their transferable skills.

We establish the details of the role
The first step to any search is a run-through of the role by telephone, however, we are always available to attend an initial meeting in person if preferred. It gives us a welcome opportunity to introduce ourselves and view any candidate accommodation for live-in positions.
Review your shortlist
Once we have a good understanding of your specifications and have confirmed your availability to host interviews, we will put together a shortlist of the most suitable candidates. We appreciate that your time is valuable, therefore we filter through large volumes of applications, presenting only the most experienced and well-matched individuals for the role.
Hire with confidence
We ensure that all necessary due diligence is taken throughout the recruitment process. The references of all registered candidates are verified and in addition, our childcare candidates must hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate and an Enhanced background check.
