Part-time Housekeeper/Laundress – Belgravia
We are looking for an experienced freelance Housekeeper for clients with a 4 bedroom luxury apartment in Belgravia. You are required to work Mondays and Fridays from 1pm to 6pm.
Candidates must have plenty of private housekeeping experience and be available to start within 2 weeks.
This role would suit a candidate who enjoys working under their own direction as you are joining just a small team of staff to include a family PA and a full-time Nanny.
The family plan to travel extensively between Europe and the USA from June onwards, therefore you may need to be flexible with your working hours as the position evolves over time (travel is not required).
Responsibilities
- Housekeeping duties
- Laundry & arranging dry-cleaning
- Wardrobe management
- Packing & unpacking suitcases
- Keeping a constant stock of cleaning materials and toiletries
- Preparing refreshments
- Deep cleaning whilst the family are abroad
Key requirements
- Previous private household experience
- A trustworthy, dedicated and loyal character
- Warm, approachable and proactive nature
- Relaxed yet professional approach
- DBS check
- A keen eye for detail
- High housekeeping standards and knowledge of delicate fabrics and surfaces
- You are required to work Mondays and Fridays from 1pm to 6pm
