Temporary Nanny – UK & France

The clients are expected to visit their extended friends and family in the UK for 1-month from late September until the end of October before returning to France.

The client is looking for a sporty, energetic and relaxed nanny with previous private nanny experience with the relevant age groups (G3, B8).

Simple meal preparation for the children is required.

Suitable applicants should apply as soon as possible. First-round interviews will take place via video call from Sept 2nd.

Ideal start date – Sept 5th. Latest possible start date Sept 18th. The total duration of the booking is negotiable for the ideal candidate.

Hours – 6 x days (12 hours per day). Approx x 2 nights babysitting (paid overtime)

Accommodation – Self-contained accommodation provided

Responsibilities

• Childcare of two children (G3, B8) – sole charge and shared care with parents
• Food preparation of children’s meals
• Light nursery duties
• Tidying children’s bedrooms
• Children’s laundry (assisted by housekeeper)
• Babysitting (advanced notice given)
• Organising activities
• Keeping the children active
• Creative play, arts and crafts, baking etc

Key requirements

• Enhanced DBS check
• Paediatric first aid
• Supporting references
• Previous experience with the relevant age group
• Availability September to the end of October
• Clean driving licence essential
• Both covid-19 vaccinations (high-risk family members)
