Mandarin-speaking Nanny – Ibiza

Those with Nanny/Governess experience with the relevant age groups may apply for this role. Conversational to fluent Mandarin is essential. Applicants should be well-presented with a hands-on approach to childcare.

Due to the location of this role, it is essential that applicants hold an EU passport or Schengen Visa. Those with a driving licence are preferred however this is not essential.

Live-in accommodation is provided both in Ibiza and during periods of international travel.

The selected Nanny will be required to take care of all primary childcare, manage the pre-school routine, come up with ideas for creative play, plus kitchen activities such as baking cakes.

The schedule is expected to be busier when the child is with her mother. Fewer hours are expected when the child spends time with her father.

A level of security awareness is essential for this role. Applicants with previous UHNW household experience are preferred but this is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Childcare of little girl (pre-school age)
• Teaching Mandarin to child
• Before and after pre-school support
• Nursery duties (housekeeping & laundry for the child)
• Creative play and baking
• Outdoor activities
• Arranging playdates
• Supporting the child at each residence
• Travelling with the family as required

Key requirements

• Mandarin-speaker essential
• A confident level of English essential
• Conversational Spanish is a bonus but not required
• Driving licence preferred, but not essential
• Previous experience with pre-school and primary years
• Availability to travel as required
• EU passport/Schengen Visa essential
• Enhanced DBS check

• Paediatric First Aid Certificate
