Lifestyle Collection Booking – Butlers/Waiting Staff & Bartender

A repeat client is recruiting three experienced front of house staff for a special event at a large countryside estate.

Suitable candidates will have excellent service skills with prior experience in events. The events staff will arrive at lunchtime on November 20th to set up for the party and liaise with the chefs in the kitchen.

A bartender will set up and run the bar throughout the evening in addition to restocking the bar and collecting glasses. Champagne, beers, cocktails and soft drinks will be served.

All clearing up must be completed before the end of the evening leaving the property immaculate for the morning.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down of events area
• Running the bar and mixing cocktails
• Serving food and canapes
• Liaising with the clients and their guests and offering assistance where needed
• Cleaning up operation at the end of the evening
• Speaking with the chefs in the kitchen to learn about the menu for the evening
• Assist any guests with special dietary requirements

Key requirements

• Experience with service and events
• A proactive and helpful approach

• Excellent personal presentation
• A driving licence and mode of transport (the estate is located approximately 15 minutes from Woking)
