Christmas Chef & Assistant
We are recruiting for a Christmas Chef and Assistant for prep and service. The Chef is required Dec 24/25 and the assistant on Christmas Day.
The family are looking for a traditional Christmas lunch and relaxed, family-style service.
Number of pax 14 adults, 6 teenagers.

Responsibilities
- Catering for large extended family on Christmas Day
- Catering for adults and children (no known dietary requirements)
- Service and cleaning up
- Preparing drinks, serving wine and Champagne
- Chef may use the property on Christmas Day to prep
