Cook-Housekeeper or Couple (Summer Season)

You will be looking after a family of 7 with partners and guests expected throughout the summer.

The household would typically spend the summer overseas, however, they have decided to stay in the UK this summer.

There are a total of 3 UK residences and a day boat on the south coast. Accommodation is provided in all locations. The Principal’s primary residence is in Richmond, where a self-contained apartment with a kitchen and a sitting room is provided.

This is a great role for an energetic and proactive live-in couple or individual cook/housekeeper with the right skill set.
The household is relaxed and informal with the family looking to secure a couple who can look after them with a laidback yet professional approach.

A car is available for your use for the duration of the booking.

Responsibilities

• Cooking simple family meals
• Housekeeping
• Laundry and linen change
• Making beds, emptying bins, general tidying
• Setting up each property ahead of guest arrivals
• Flower arranging
• Filling fridges with essential groceries
• Garding and mowing
• General errand running
• Serving drinks and snacks on the boat

Key requirements

• Ideal candidates will have yacht or luxury chalet experience
• UK passport or UK settlement status
• Driving licence essential
• DBS check preferred
• Hospitality experience
• Simple family cooking ability (chef standard not required)
• A proactive, energetic and relaxed approach
