An experienced Chef is required for the coming winter ski season in Morzine. Our client is looking for a Chef with a knowledge of international cuisine and a confident repertoire when catering for guests with dietary requirements. The chalet is a beautiful boutique hotel nestled within Morzine’s oldest building. Flights, season ski pass, ski/board hire are provided in addition to a salary of €600 net (after-tax) per week. 5 days on / 2 days off p/w. A Sous Chef/Kitchen Assistant is in place to assist you.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Chef who is looking for a seasonaire role this winter ski season. There will be plenty of time to ski with two full days off each week.
You are asked to provide a hearty breakfast before the guests hit the slopes, including continental and cooked options. You will then prepare afternoon tea before a 4-course dinner every evening (including canapes, starter, main and dessert).
A front of house team is in place to see to all housekeeping and service. A Sous Chef/Kitchen Assistant is in place to offer help with prep and washing up.
