Housekeeper – Cotswolds
Our client is looking to hire two housekeepers, including a full-time and a part-time housekeeper. The Principal is a high profile individual therefore we are looking for applicants offering absolute discretion and confidentiality. Both roles require pure housekeeping.
Cooking and childcare are not required, however, applicants must be extremely child-friendly as the Principals have 3 school-aged children.
Suitable candidates will be self-starters and have a capable and proactive approach. The client is looking for someone who is happy to manage their own workload and use their initiative.
The residence will be covered 7-days a week, involving a full-time and a part-time housekeeper. This will either include a Mon-Fri full time and a weekend housekeeper, or some form of rotation.
Responsibilities
- Housekeeping
- Laundry and care of delicate fabrics
- organising dry cleaning
- Errand running
- Shopping and ordering cleaning materials
- General tidying and dusting
- Deep cleaning projects when the family are not in residence
Key requirements
- Proactive nature
- Naturally organised with time management skills
- Previous private household or yacht experience
- DBS background check
- Supporting references
- Based within a reasonable commute of Chipping Norton
