Multiple Property Manager – Ibiza

To qualify for this role, applicants must have a hospitality management background and extensive luxury travel exposure. The property manager must also have a first-hand understanding of the standards and expectations of UHNW clientele. In addition to corporate hospitality, this opportunity would suit an individual who has managed a luxury property portfolio and is also open to those with a private household and superyacht industry background.

The day-to-day remit for this role is varied and will change between high and low season. The high season will see you in a client-facing position, overseeing staff, providing in-house luxury concierge solutions, liaising with maintenance, handling accounts and payroll, and working longer hours to ensure the villas run with immaculate precision and at the highest standards. The low season will involve more significant maintenance and repairs oversight, dealing with contractors and interior designers for new property builds and working on business strategy for the upcoming season.

This role offers great potential for longevity and year-round employment. Preferred candidates will show dedication in previous roles and have an established network of service providers and suppliers on the island.

This position requires an outstanding applicant with the skills and experience to run some of Ibiza’s most desirable private rental properties. Applicants must be adaptable, flexible, calm under pressure, able to lead the team from the front, and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Complete supervision and oversight of luxury villa operations, maintenance, inventory, and ordering.
• Staff management: coordinating housekeeping staff, chefs, and drivers, and liaising effectively with client’s private travelling staff (typically private security, chefs and nannies)
• Managing external contractors: liaising with external companies for landscaping, maintenance, pool, cleaning, specialist repairs services, etc.
• Event and reservation management: planning and executing private events, coordinating with clients/representatives, and attending to the guests’ every need during their stay. In-house concierge requests could be anything from booking spa treatments to hiring personal trainers and beauticians, booking restaurants/VIP beach clubs, executing an exquisite dinner party that showcases the islands’ very best produce, organising a luxury beach breakfast or BBQ, or chartering a yacht.
