A repeat client is hosting a business dinner for 16 guests on Tuesday, March 8th and requires a top-level Private Chef. Suitable applicants will have the ability to prepare a 4-course plated fine dining menu, with fish as a main course.
The client is health conscious and looking for something that balances great flavours, beautiful presentation whilst displaying an awareness of wellness.
The client’s House Manager (who typically prepares meals for the principal unless he is entertaining) will be on hand to assist you throughout the day and serve in the dining room in the evening.
Depending on the final menu selection, a prep day may be necessary.
Should the booking be a success, it is quite likely the client may book you again for future events.
The selected applicant will discuss menu options, logistics and further details directly with the House Manager upon selection.
