Travelling Houseman – Belgravia

We are looking for an exceptional person with the ability to travel the world with the Principal, his wife and their dogs.
This role is for someone energetic, with a can-do attitude, who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks.
The Principal has five large dogs (two adults, and three 10 month old puppies), and this person should be confident and comfortable in handling and travelling with the dogs when required. A dog handler is employed full-time, however, you are required to be extremely dog-friendly and offer assistance as needed.

• Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Pension + Apartment
  Working hours: Variable on the location of the Principal (5 days per week with days off in lieu when needed)
  Holiday: 25 days per annum

Responsibilities

• Service, setting the table
• Housekeeping (2 full-time housekeepers employed)
• Simple maintenance and repairs
• Answering the door and accepting deliveries
• Maintaining common areas and tidying
• Ad-hoc driving as required (full-time driver employed)
• Assisting the trainer with the dogs as needed (feeding, walking)
• Strong spoken English is essential

Key requirements

• Ideally, this person would also be comfortable driving the Principal or his wife when necessary (a car will be provided).
• You should have a full, clean driver’s license.
• This is a hands-on role and would be very rewarding for someone with an interest in travelling the world.
• Confidentiality and privacy are essential, therefore we would be looking for someone who has experience, or background, in an industry where they have shown the ability to uphold incredibly high standards of non-disclosure.
• Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel worldwide.
